Get Moving with Pedometer++ Training Plans

Pedometer++ 7.1 introduces Training Plans, a new way to start and stay moving. Each Plan has a clear and concise goal, such as walking every day for 20 days or preparing for your first 5K. 

To get started, tap on the Workouts tab in Pedometer++ and choose a plan. When you’re ready to start moving, begin the first session.

When working out with a Training Plan, you’ll get audio cues for new segments, and a Live Activity will appear on your iPhone and Apple Watch. 

You can check your progress any time by tapping the blue gear icon on your training plan:
